Back Orders

All in stock items will be shipped within 36 hours of order receipt excluding weekends and holidays.

If an item is listed as out of stock you will either be unable to order it at that time or you will be given the option to order it with the understanding it will be shipped as soon as it becomes in stock.

If an item is out of stock, but was not listed as out of stock on the website, we will automatically place it on back order and we will notify you by e-mail of the back order. You will have the option of canceling the order or waiting for the product to back in stock. Once the product is available, we will ship it to you.

If you wish to cancel the back ordered item(s), notify us by e-mail immediately at admin@veggiesensations.com or call us at 619-730-2413 Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm Pacific Time. Tell us specifically which item(s) you wish to cancel. We will give you a refund for the canceled item(s) and any shipping charges relating to that item.

We can not cancel any item after the order has been filled and shipped.

Occasionally items will show as available on the website and become out of stock after you have ordered them. This may be because the item has just become out of stock.
