Back to Basics Steam Canner Cooker 400A is a wonderful alternate to the water bath canning method. It is a steam canner.

This canner cooker uses only 3 pints of water and cuts preheating time by 50 percent.

You can put up to 6 quart jars or 11 pint jars in the Canner Cooker 400A.

The Canner Cooker base and rack make ideal roaster. Just flip the lid over and it can be used as a 15 quart kettle.

The Back to Basics Steam Canner will not heat up your kitchen like the water bath method.
