4 Lg Portobello Mushrooms
2 g red bell peppers
2 tomatoes
4 Onion Bagels
Nayonaise
Wash and slice the mushrooms into 3/4 inch wide strips. Marinate them in homemade Gliebe Marinade for 3 hours in fridge.
Bake mushroom strips at 400 degrees, using parchment paper on a baking sheet, 20 minutes on one side and 10 minutes on the other.
Wash and slice peppers into one inch wide strips.
Broil peppers on baking sheet on top rack for 10 minutes until top is black, check often.
Slice and toast bagel, add Nayonaise, mushroom strips, peppers and tomato slices.
Voila!
