1 lb bean sprouts ( home grown or store bought), washed and drained

1 carrot, peeled and grated

1 green onion, chopped

1/4 water

Add vegetables to water. Simmer and stir about 3 minute with lid on.

Dressing:

1 tbs white vinegar

2 tsp sugar

2 tsp soy sauce

Pour the dressing over the hot vegetables.
