Jar and Lid
All Blendtec Blender Jars are made from co-polyester. The co-polyester jar is bullet proof. It is so strong you can stand on it and even hit it with a hammer and it will not break.

The BPA FREE Blendtec Blender jars are food safe.

The 4 inch blade makes blending efficient.

The 96 oz jar has markings to 44 ounces on the jar side.

The lid has a removable plug which vents out steam when blending hot foods and allows you to add food to the Blendtec Blender.

The 2 part lid will fit on both the 96 oz Blendtec Blender jar and the 64 oz Standard jar. The top rim and height of all Blendtec Blender jars are the same size. The 96 oz jar that comes standard with the Wildside Blender is wider at the base then the 64 oz jar.
