The Blendtec Mix n Blend is a combination Mixer and Blender all in one. The Mix n blend is perfect for the serious baker. You can even make mashed potatoes in the Mix n blend Mixer and you can grind small batches of grain and make peanut butter in the Mix N Blend Blender..

Both the blender jar and the mixing bowl are BPA Free.

The Mix n blend is the machine you need for making gluten free breads, or high gluten bread. You can also make healthy smoothies and grind fresh flax seeds. It will blend, whip and knead dough in the blender.

The Auto Knead Button makes it easy to make your favorite bread dough and pizza crust.

The Mix n blend fits on your counter top under the top cabinets nicely.

Has a 1000 watt motor making this machine powerful. The grind small batches of grain at a time, 1-2 cups of grain in one batch.

Knead Dough Feature
The kneed button on the Mix n Blend automatically kneads your dough until it reaches the gluten level for your dough then shuts off. You can make 12 Lbs of bread dough at one time.

Motor
The Mix n Blend operates with 1000 watts of power. Although it is not rated by horse power, the 1000 watts are equal to about 2 and 3 horse power. The motor was designed so the mixer is not over powered. The Blender can do all the same jobs other Blendtec Blenders can do!

Easy Operation
The Mix n Blend has a one button operation. You choose which button on the control Panel you need to do the job you want done. You get 5 automatic mixer cycles and 8 auto blender cycles. The touchpad controls and easy-to-read display are simple to navigate and operate.

We offer The Blendtec 96 oz Jar as an extra jar. It works great on the Mix n blend for making larger batches then the 64 oz jar that comes with the Mix n blend.

The 96 oz jar holds 3 quarts, it's BPA free and has a 4 inch blade. The lid is vented and to grip.

The large 96 oz jar has patented 5 sides which gives you a better vortex.
