Safety Features
The Breville Mixer comes with many great safety features.

• There is a hand grip on the head and 2 hand grips on the base of the Breville Mixer for easy handling.

• Push the tilt release button to release the Breville Mixer head back to remove the beaters.

• The bowl locks into the base of the Breville Mixer for safety when mixing.

• The plug end of the Breville Mixer power cord has a finger hole to safely remove the power plug from the outlet.

Head Tilt-Release Button
The Tilt Release Button on the Breville Mixer releases the mixer head so you can tilt the head back into an open position. Tilting the head of the Breville Mixer makes it easy to remove and add ingredients, attachments and the mixing bowl.

Cord
• The electric cord of the Breville Mixer is stored in the back of the machine. Just push the cord into the base of the Breville Mixer.

• Your Breville Mixer comes with a short power cord for safety. This prevents personal injury or property damage as a result from pulling, tripping or becoming entangled with a longer cord.

Lift Assist Handles
There are 2 handle grips on the base of the Breville Mixer and 1 handle on the head for easy, no slip grip when handling and maneuvering the Breville Mixer.

Speed Control/Speed Indicator
• The speed indicator on the side of the Breville Mixer is illuminated with LEDs to show your selected speed/mixing task.

• Below the speed indicator is the 12 Speed Control Dial. Just turn the Breville Mixer Speed Dial to choose how fast or slow you want the mixer to go.

• The dial also allows you to temporarily stop the mixer and to pause the timer.

LCD Screen with 10 Minute Timer
• The Breville Mixer allow you to either set the timer to count-up or count-down time.

• The count down timer will automatically turn off the Breville Mixer when it gets to zero.

• The Breville Mixer has an easy to read back lit LCD display

2-Piece Pouring Shield
The Breville Mixer comes with a 2-piece pouring shield to minimize spattering when mixing and to aid in adding ingredients.
