1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise
1 Tbs balsamic vinegar
1 tsp sugar
2 cups broccoli
1/4 cup cashews
1/4 cup raisins
Combine mayonnaise, vinegar & sugar in a 3 cup mixing / storage container with lid.
Mix well with a wire whisk.
Cut the broccoli into bite size pieces.
Chop the cashews into small pieces.
Add broccoli, cashews and raisins to the mayonnaise mixture.
Mix well.
Serve cold.
