This makes a great instant gravy mix. Just mix several batches of the dry ingredients together and store them in a Ball 8 oz Quilted Jar, Ball Wide Mouth Pint Jar or a Ball Quart Jar.
When you are in a hurry for gravy,
scoop 3 tablespoons of the powder mixture
per every 1 cup water and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
Combine dry and wet ingredients in a sauce pan. Bring to a simmer stirring until thick. This makes1 cup of gravy per 2 Tablespoons of powder mix.

Makes about 2 Cups
Dry Ingredients:
1/4 C Nutritional Yeast Flakes
2 - 2 1/2 T Corn Starch
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
Wet Ingredients:
2 Tbs Soy Sauce
2 C Water or Vegetable Broth
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan.
Bring to a simmer and cook until thick.
