Vegan Chocolate Cream of Wheat with Ground Flax Seeds

1 cup your favorite non dairy milk (rice, oat, soy, almond milks)
2 Tbs 1 minute Cream of Wheat
Bring milk and cream of wheat to a simmer. Stir constantly and simmer for about 1 minute. Mixture will be thin and watery.
Add:
1 1/2 Tbs Vegan Chocolate Chips
1 1/2 Tbs ground flax seeds
1 1/2 Tbs brown sugar.
Mix until the chocolate chips are completely melted.
The mixture will thicken in a few minutes and will be thick like pudding, but it will not be creamy because of the ground flax seeds. If you do not want the chocolate cream of wheat with ground flax seeds to be that thick, add more non dairy milk to thin it. Also do not over stir the cream of wheat once you have added the ground flax seed.
