Chicken Noodle Soup - Vegan

1 32 oz ascptic carton of No-Chichen Broth by Imagine

2 carrots

1 cup frozen peas

1 sm onion

3 oz Fettuccine noodles (1/4 package)

salt and pepper to taste

Cut carrots into small cubes and chop onions into small pieces.

Break Fettucciine into fourths or smaller pieces.

Combine all ingredients, except salt and pepper, in a soup pot.

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 11-12 minutes or until the noodles are tender.

Add salt and pepper to each individual bowl to your desired taste.
