1/2 cup warm water

2 Tbs Ener G Egg Replacer

In a small bowl whisk together the warm water and egg replacer until foamy. Let set to thicken.

1 cup quick oats

3/4 cup white or white wheat flour (grind your own flour with one of our quality grain mills)

1/2 cup cocoa powder (wonderslim brand is fat free)

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

After mixing in a medium bowl the above ingredients well, add the egg replacer mixture and the following 2 ingredients.

1 cup Wonderslilm Fat Replacer

1 tsp vanilla

Mix well. Pour batter into an 8 x 8 inch square non-stick baking pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until the brownie is firm to touch.

Hint: Place am 8 x 8 inch square of parchment paper on the bottom of the baking pan to make it easier to remove the brownie from the pan.
