1/2 cup dry soy nuts
3 1/2 cups water
1 Tbs honey or more if desired
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbs cocoa powder
Soak soy nuts in a bowl of water at room temperature for 8 hours or more.
Drain soy nuts. Put soy nuts in the soymilk making strainer-cup of a Tribest Soybella Soymilk Maker SB-130. Attach the soymilk cup to the blade. Pour 3 1/2 cups of water into the machine and assemble. Set machine to make soymilk.
About 15 minutes later when the soymilk is done, pour the soymilk into a storage container. You can take the Okara which is the solids that remain from the milk making process and put them in a Pure Joy Nutmilk / Sprouting Bag to strain and squeeze all of the nut milk out of the solids.
Add the remaining ingredients to the soymilk and mix well.
