The Euro Cuisine YM 100s Italian inspired design makes delicious, natural, preservative-free yogurt from fresh, full, low-fat, non-fat or UHT milk (ultra-pasteurized or long life milk) as well as powdered milk, lactose-free milk, even soy milk.

Processing time is 8 to 10 hours.

Yields one quart of yogurt in 7 individual glass jars with lids.

Built in timer and auto-shut-off turns off machine when the yogurt is done

Automatically controls optimum processing temperature, consuming only 13 watts of power.

Includes the Seven 6-oz glass jars with lids which allows for different flavors to be made at the same time.

No need to pre-heat pasteurized milk.
