Excalibur 2500 Dehydrator is a 5 tray dehydrator that is ideal for the small garden family.

The Excalibur 2500 Dehydrator is perfect for drying all types of food, herbs, flowers, crafts and more. You can even remove the 5 trays and raise bread dough in it, or remove just a few trays to dehydrate flowers and crafts.

The 400 watt motor, thermostat, 5 inch Fan and on off switch are located in the back of the Excalibur 2500 Dehydrator so liquids won't drip into them.

Placement of the fan on the back makes dehydrating food more efficient. The Excalibur 2500 Dehydrator dries foods 2 - 10 times faster then most dehydrators on the market.

The air circulates horizontally across the 5 tray dehydrator eliminating the need for you to rotate the trays. You always get even drying.

The bottom of all Excalibur 2500 are seamless and the front door comes off for easy cleaning.

The 5 trays measure 15 inch x 15inch and they are top rack dishwasher safe.

Because the Excalibur 2500 Dehydrator has larger trays then the Excalibur 2400 Dehydrator, you get 8 square feet of drying space with the 5 tray dehydrator instead of 4 square feet the Excalibur 2400 Dehydrator has to offer.

The polycarbonate trays include 5 removable no stick mesh inserts to prevent small pieces of food from dropping through the tray.

The thermostat adjusts from 95 to 145 degrees allowing you to control the Excalibur 2500 Dehydrator temperature depending on what food you are drying. Dehydrating foods at a controlled low temperature preserves enzymes and nutrients in the food you are drying.

The external dimensions of the Excalibur 2500 Dehydrator are 8 1/2 inches High 17 inches Wide 19 inches Deep.
