The Excalibur 2900 Dehydrator is excellent for large families, large gardens and craftspeople. The Excalibur 2900 is a great way to not only store your foods for later but you can create good dried foods a home that cost a lot of money in the stores

The Excalibur 2900 Dehydrator has the thermostat, motor, fan and on / off switch on the back to prevent liquids and food partials from damaging them.

It comes with a 600 watts, 110V 60HZ Motor and the Excalibur 2900 has a large 7 inch Fan to get the job done quickly.

The removable door and seamless bottom makes it easy to clean. You can also raise bread and dry flowers in the Excalibur 2900 9 tray model when you remove the trays. You can remove as few or as many tray as you need to dry what you want at that time.

Each of the Excalibur 2900 trays measure 15 inch x 15 inch giving you 15 square feet of drying space.

The polycarbonate trays include removable mesh inserts and both are dishwasher safe.

Air flows horizontally in the Excalibur 2900 Dehydrator. This promotes fast and even drying. This horizontal air movement eliminates the need for you to stop the dehydrating process by openings the machine and rotating the trays.

You have control of the dehydrating environment with the Excalibur 2900 Dehydrator adjustable thermostat. You can adjust the temperature from 85 to 155 degrees.

The external dimensions are 12 1/2 inches High 17 inches Wide 19 inches Deep
