The Excalibur 3500 Dehydrator door is removable to make it easy for you to clean and do you can remove 1 or all of the trays. By removing 1 or all of the trays makes it easy for your to dry large or delicate items including flower arrangements.

Raising bread dough is easy in the Excalibur 3500 Dehydrator, just remove the inner trays and set the dehydrator to the proper temperature.

Each Excalibur 3500 dehydrating shelf has 1 1/4 inches of space between each them.

Plus each dehydrating shelf can hold up to 12 pounds of weight.

The 5 inch fan and 400 Watts, 110V, 60 HZ motor are located in the back of the Excalibur 3500 Dehydrator. This prevents liquids from dripping into the motor and damaging it.

The other advantage of the Excalibur 3500 Dehydrator motor and fan being on the back of the machine, it gives you horizontal drying for even drying which eliminates the need for rotating the trays.
