The Excalibur Food Dehydrator 3500 is a Heavy Duty Food Dehydrator which has newly redesigned electrical components and new innovative plastics which includes ABS plastic for strength and is BPA free.

All Excalibur Dehydrator components are made and assembled in the United States of America.

The average cost of electricity used by the Excalibur Dehydrator is about 4 - 5 cents an hour. You can dehydrate a full load of fruits or vegetables for less than a quarter!

The 3500 food dehydrator Excalibur has built it to last 20 years and it comes with an fantastic 10 year manufacturers warranty.

The Excalibur dehydrator 3500 gives you 8 square feet of drying surface on 5 drying trays.

You also get 5 removable Polyscreen Mesh Screens which make clean up easy and prevents small food partials from falling to the next tray below.

The food dehydrators door is removable to make it easy for you to clean and do you can remove 1 or all of the trays. By removing 1 or all of the trays makes it easy for your to dry large or delicate items including flower arrangements.

Raising bread dough is easy in the Excalibur Food Dehydrator, just remove the inner trays and set the dehydrator to the proper temperature.

Each dehydrating shelf has 1 1/4 inches of space between each them.

Plus each dehydrating shelf can hold up to 12 pounds of weight.

The 5 inch fan and 400 Watts, 110V, 60 HZ motor are located in the back of the dehydrator. This prevents liquids from dripping into the motor and damaging it.

The other advantage of the motor and fan being on the back of the machine, it gives you horizontal drying for even drying which eliminates the need for rotating the trays.

The 24 page Owners Instruction Manual includes recipes and photos.
