Three parts are fused into one seamless piece, instead of traditionally adding handle parts around a forged tang, the FX handle is the tang. When these uniquely construction features are combined with the patented Füri® handle shape, finest German stainless steel CrMoV alloy tempered for maximum edge retention, Coppertail™ rebalancing system, unique blade shapes, and a perfect edge created by Tech Edge™, the result is a new definition of quality and knife performance for chefs and gourmet home cooks.

The vertical ″microgrooves″ and reverse–wedge shape of the Füri® FX handle actively resists your hand slipping forward, even when wet or oily. The handle wedges into the hand, requiring less ″squeeze″ to perform repetitive cutting tasks, resulting in less fatigue and hand strain than conventional handles.

The Füri® Pro knives are made of High–performance material., blade shapes, cutting edges, balance Füri® FX knives are made from the finest CrMoV German alloys. These materials give you ease of sharpening and toughness for years of excellent preformance. The cutting edges of most Füri® FX knives are finished to ″extreme sharpness″ at the factory by the patented Füri® Tech Edge™ Pro Sharpening System.

The larger Füri® Pro knives are manufactured with the innovative FORGED EXOSKELETON™ method (patents pending). Fütechnics developed this technology to overcome the hygiene and durability problems found in regular plastic/wood handle knives including the fashionable metal–handled knives. The FX knives all feature a counter balancing copper insert in the handle. This makes the Füri® FX Coppertail different from other knives. The best part is that the copper insert in the handle can be shaved down to reduce the weight of the handle and rebalance the knife over time!
