1 can garbanzo beans

1 can green beans

1 can yellow wax beans

1 can kidney beans

1 can lima beans

1 med green pepper

1 med onion

Drain and rinse all beans. Place the beans in a large mixing bowl.
Remove seeds and stem from the green pepper.
Chop the green pepper and onion into small pieces and add to the beans.

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup red wine vinegar

1/4 cup water

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp dry mustard

2 Tbs fresh parsley, chppped

Combine the above dressing and pour over the beans.
Best after it has been refrigerated over night.
