The Victorio Water Bath Canner Model VKP1055 is a Stainless Steel Steam and Water Bath Canner. It comes with the 5 piece canning tool set.

The wire rack makes it easy to remove jars weather you are using it as a steam canner or a water bath canner.

The Thermometer is built into the lid knob. It shows three elevation zones. The thermometer shows you the proper time to start your water bath or steam canning process time.

It is constructed with 18/8 Stainless steel.

Water Bath Canner Jar Capacity:
8 jars that are 1 Pint in size
7 jars that are1 Quart in size

Steam Canner Jar Capacity:
9 jars that are 1 Pint in size
8 jars that are1 Quart in size
5 jars that are Half Gallon in size

Diameter:
Bottom of the pot is 12.5 inches
The Top of the pot measures 13.25 inches

When using as a stock pot it holds 24 Qt liquid capacity
