Greek Salad Dressing

1/3 C apple cider vinegar

2 1/2 Tbs lemon Juice

6 cloves garlic, minced

1 1/2 tsp salt

1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp dried oregano leaves

1/2 tsp dried marjoram

3/8 tsp black pepper

Combine above ingredients in a blender for 30 seconds.

Combine in a sauce pan:

1 c water

1 Tbs corn starch

Heat cook medium heat until thick. Pour into blender and blend for 30 seconds.

Combine all ingredients in a storage container or jar, shake well and stir in refrigerate.

Serve cold dressing over:

lettuce green peppers

tomato chunks

sliced cucumber

red onions

pitted black olives
