The Hurom Juicer works completely different then the standard masticating machines. The Low Speed method allows the machine to not only extract the maximum amount of juice, but it will also extract the maximum amount of nutrients and vitamins while preserving the taste from a minimum amount of fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, even soaked soybeans!

The auger is 8 times harder than other augers because it is made out of GE Ultem material.

The Hurom Juicer has a Dual Stage Juicing System. Juice is extracted through the first crushing stage and before the pulp is ejected it is squeezed during the second pressing stage. The results is more juice and extremely dry pulp.

Testing done by the Huron Manufacturer found the Hurom Slow Juicer yields 50 percent more juice than a centrifuge juicer in half the time with less fruit and vegetable waste.

You save money because you get the greatest amount of juice from the least amount of fruits and vegetables. Peels and skins can be also used in various pastries, jams, soups and so much more.

The HU-100 arrived today just as you said it would. I open the box and it felt like Christmas morning for this 61 year old man. I read your instructions and removed the silicone plug from the filter and wash everything but the base.

I then washed 3 stalks of celery, one cucumber and one zucchini and one red apple and cut them up. It was all self feeding and this was a real surprise to me to say nothing of how quiet it was. The juice was a lighter green than I had been making in my now retired Jack LaLaine juicer.

The taste was superior and my wife told me that she would drink this vegetable juice. I did not even have to run the juice thru a strainer.

I have wanted a vegetable juicer like this for years. I had looked at the single auger and the double auger units and were very disappointed in how hard they were to feed and how slow they were and never bought one. I am so glad I waited.
