The Lexen Electric Juicer is a powerful masticating juicer that crushes fruits and vegetables with out heating the juice.

The single auger of the Lexen Electric Juicer has a stainless steel shaft and is made of non toxic polycarbonate plastic. The augers are made of plastic because the acidity of most fruits and vegetables can corrode and dissolve a metal auger over time.

The motor comes with a 50 year warranty. Yes, 50 years. that is not a typo.

Because there is no heat generated in the juicing process, all of the enzymes in the fruits and vegetables are preserved.

You can make Frozen Desserts from frozen juicer pulp, juice fruits, vegetables and leafy greens even wheagtgrass and herbs. You can make Nut Butters from soft nuts like peanuts, cashews and walnuts. The Lexen Electric Juicer also makes Baby Food, soy milk, will homogenize, make pastas and so much more. You can have fresh carrot juice every day and it will juice wheatgrass too. The Lexen Electric Juicer will also make 3 different shaped pastas, Rigattoni (round tubes), Spaghetti and Linguini (narrow, flat pasta).

Included are 2 specially designed augers. One auger is to juice wheatgrass, leafy greens and herbs, and the other auger is for juicing fruits and vegetables. Not all juicers can juice wheatgrass, but the Lexen Electric Juicer can. The Wheatgrass auger is green and the fruit and vegetable auger is white.

The homogenizer feature is great when you want very smooth fruits to be produced. The Lexen Electric Juicer Homogenizer breaks down the fruit and vegetable particles to a real fine consistency.

You have the option to have juice with or without the pulp. If you like pulpy juice, just don't use the screen (sieve). Freeze your fruit juicer pulp to run through the Lexen Electric Juicer to make frozen desserts. The Lexen Juicer screen(sieve) is easy to clean because it sets on top of the juice collection cup. You do not have to remove a screen from the Lexen Electric Juicer machine to clean it.

The Healthy Juicer is made of polycarbonate parts and a stainless steel drive shaft.

Special notes about the Lexen Electric Juicer:

The Lexen Electric Juicer will not extract juice from very soft, low moisture content fruits and vegetables such as bananas, chick peas and avocados, but the Lexen Electric Juicer will make a beautiful puree for guacamole, hummus and baking.

Seeds will be expelled from the front of the Lexen Electric Juicer along with the excess waste pulp. (you may want to remove larger seeds or if there is a large proportion of seeds to prevent the juicer from becoming clogged)
