The 15 liter Harsch Crock Fermenting Pot is a quality crafted fermenter made in Germany.

You can easily make sauerkraut, pickled vegetables and so much more in your Harsch Crock because it uses a 2 piece ceramic weight stone to hold the food down.

The patented Harsch Crock pot is a beautiful stoneware fermenting pot which has been fired to 1200 degrees Celsius and finished with a lead free glaze.

The ceramic lid sits in a special cast gutter in the rim of the Harsch Crock Pot that creates a seamless airlock with a clever water sealing system allows gases to escape with no air let in. Many other fermenting pots create a pasty white kahm yeast where as the Harsch Crock does not.

You can have delicious fermented vegetables in 4-6 weeks.
