Proof of purchase from VeggieSensations.com must be established.

Unauthorized Returns:

• All orders refused upon delivery by you with out first contacting VeggieSensations.com for permission will be refused without question, no exceptions are made. The package will be returned to you.

• Shipping to and from, plus restock fees mentioned in our "Return of New / Unused Products" section below, are also charged for undeliverable or refused packages.

Return of New / Unused Products:

• VeggieSensations must be contacted within 7 days (5 business days) of receipt of the order to initiate a return for unused products. Call toll free 866-469-7417 or 619-730-2413 or send an email to admin@veggiesensations.com.

• Return shipping must be prepaid by you.

• Returns must be received by VeggieSensations in their original brand new, unused, factory fresh condition with all packaging, manuals and components.

• If the product's packaging, manual(s), components or any thing else included with the product are missing or damaged when we receive the product back, you will not receive a full refund. We reserve the right to withhold from your refund the amount that it costs us to make the product resalable.

• A $5.00 or 15% restocking fee will be charged for all non-defective returns depending on which warehouse it came from and is returned to.

• Defective products will be replaced.

• You must receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us and the number must be placed on or near the return shipping label.

• RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the issue date.

• Return shipping costs will be paid by you.

Return of Used Products:

• VeggieSensations must be contacted within 30 days from the date you ordered the product. Call toll free 866-469-7417 or 619-730-2413 or send an email to admin@veggiesensations.com.

• You must receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and the number must be placed on or near the shipping label.

• RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the issue date.

• A parts replacement fee of up to $20.00 will be deducted from the refund amount if the box, padding, manual(s) or accessories are missing when we receive the product back.

Refunds are calculated by the following method:

• Purchase price minus shipping charges, sales taxes, if collected, a $5.00 restocking fee and a parts replacement fee if necessary.

• The handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

• If you return any items from an order which the original shipping fees were free, the original shipping fees we paid to the shipping carrier will also be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error.

• You will see a credit through the original payment method within four weeks from the day you sent the product back to VeggieSensations.com. This time period includes the shipping time from you to us (5-10 days), time for us to inspect the returned product (3-5 days) and the time it takes for the credit card system to issue the credit to your account (3- 10 days).

Non Returnable Items:

• Products purchased more than 30 days from the purchase date are not returnable.

• Products that are missing the original serial number, UPC or products that are missing parts that can not be replaced.

• Products that have not been issued a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

• Products older then 30 days from purchase date.

Exceptions to the above return policies:

• Products Purchased as Christmas Gifts.
