Prompt delivery is so important to us. If you can not be home when the package is anticipated to be delivered we suggest you enter a ship to address of your place of work or someone who will be home to accept the package. If shipping to your work place, please state in the comment box that the ship to address is a business.

Processing time for orders before shipping may take 1 - 3 business days excluding weekends.

We use UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, FedEx 2 Day, FedEx Standard Overnight and United States Parcel Service Priority Mail shipping to the 48 US States.

We reserve the right to change shipping methods from what is stated on you sales receipt to the shipping method of our choice.

Shipping charges are based on a Live Shipping Calculator according to the shipping method used and are determined by the package weight and distance traveled.

Currently we do not ship to US territories or other countries.

Packages are shipped from various locations with in the United States. Your order may be shipped in more than one box if more than one items is ordered and may arrive on different days.

Allow 2 to 10 business days to receive your items (not including weekends and holidays). Exceptions to receiving your shipment in more than 2 to 10 business days are if we are out of stock and extreme weather conditions. We do not ship on major holidays and weekends.

Currently delivery schedules are:
FedEx Tuesday - Saturday
USPS Monday - Saturday
UPS Monday - Friday

The minimum shipping and handling charge is $7.95 but most likely will cost more depending on the package weight, size and distance traveled. Rates are subject to change at any time without notice as determined by the shipping carrier used. Insurance is required and included in the shipping fee on all shipments over $100 in value.
