The Breville One-Touch Tea Maker is a fully programmable tea maker which doubles as a hot water kettle.

The tea maker features include Delay Start, Keep Warm and agitate for loosening tea leaves and improving infusion.

The basket in the tea maker automatically descends into the water when the water has reached the desired temperature.

This tea maker has an agitating option to get the maximum flavor infused into the water.

You tell the Breville Tea maker which type of tea you are making and the tea maker does the work. The tea maker knows what temperature in best for specific types of teas. The Breville Tea Maker will not put the tea leaves into the water until the water has reached the proper temperature for the tea you are brewing.

The German made Adele Schober glass kettle is durable and stain resistant.

The tea maker comes with a 51 oz glass kettle jug for boiling water.

Tea Basket

The Breville Tea Maker comes with a measuring spoon. This spoon is for measuring the correct amount of loose tea to put in your tea maker.

Tea Maker Base

There is easy cord storage in the bottom of the tea maker base.

When the tea maker jug is removed from the tea maker base the heating element will stop heating for safety purposes.

Left Buttons

• Tea Type Button

This button is choosing which type of tea you are making from Black Tea, White Tea, Green Tea, Oolong Tea, Herbal Teas or you program the tea maker for your own custom type of tea.

The tea maker will automatically adjust the temperature and brew time to the type of tea you selected.

• The tea maker basket control

Basket button will make the tea basket raise and lower continually for well agitated tea leaves. This will extract the maximum flavor from the leaves.

• The tea maker keep warm control

When the tea maker keep warm button is depressed, the tea maker will keep your tea warm for about 1 hour.

• Auto Start Button

Program the tea maker to turn on any time you want. Your tea maker will have tea ready to drink when you come home from work or get up in the morning.

LCD
The tea maker has a Liquid Crystal Display which is back lit.

LCD makes viewing the brew time and temperature easy.

Magnet
The tea basket fits onto a stainless steel post inside the tea maker. Inside the post is a magnet. This magnet is what makes the basket move up and down inside the tea maker.

When using the tea maker to boil water with out the basket inside the tea maker, the magnet may make a rattling noise. This noise is normal. That is because the tea maker basket is not in the tea maker to activate the magnet.

Power Cord
• The plug on the tea maker power cord is unique. It has a finger hole to make plugging and unplugging the tea maker in an outlet.

• The power cord winds into the tea maker base bottom.

• The cord of the tea maker is short to help prevent the tea maker from falling off the counter.

Fahrenheit to Celsius

The Breville Tea Maker is preset to Fahrenheit when you purchase it.

You can change the tea maker to read in Celsius if you desire.
