Tropical Super Salsa
Serves 4
Mix in large bowl:
24 ounce jar of peaches in light syrup, Rinse, drain and chop
8 ounce can of pineapple, Rinsed and drained
2 medium tomatoes or 3 Roma tomatoes, Chopped
1/2 cup of red onion finely chopped
5 key limes or 2 large limes
1 Tablespoon of Red Wine Vinegar
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
10-15 drops of Chipotle Tabasco (depending on how hot you want it)
Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving
