Return of New / Unused Products:
- VeggieSensations must be contacted within 7 days (5 business days) of receipt of the order to initiate a return for unused products. Call toll free 866-469-7417 or 619-730-2413 or send an email to email@example.com.
- Return shipping must be prepaid by you.
- Returns must be received by VeggieSensations in their original brand new, unused, factory fresh condition with all packaging, manuals and components.
- If the product’s packaging, manual(s), components or any thing else included with the product are missing or damaged when we receive the product back, you will not receive a full refund. We reserve the right to withhold from your refund the amount that it costs us to make the product resalable.
- Defective products will either be covered under the manufacturers warranty or replaced.
- You must receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us and the number must be placed on or near the return shipping label.
- RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the issue date.
- Return shipping costs will be paid by you.
Return of Used Products:
- VeggieSensations must be contacted within 30 days from the date you ordered the product. Call toll free 866-469-7417 or 619-730-2413 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- You must receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and the number must be placed on or near the shipping label.
- RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the issue date.
- A parts replacement fee of up to $20.00 will be deducted from the refund amount if the box, padding, manual(s) or accessories are missing when we receive the product back.
Refunds are calculated by the following method:
- Purchase price minus shipping charges, if collected, a $5.00 - 20% cleaning, processing and restocking fee and a the cost of replacing parts if necessary.
- If you return any items from an order which the original shipping fees were free, the original shipping fees we paid to the shipping carrier will also be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error.
- You will see a credit through the original payment method between 3 and 7 business days from the date we receive the product back.
Non Returnable Items:
- Products purchased more than 30 days from the purchase date are not returnable.
- Products that are missing the original serial number, UPC or products that are missing parts that can not be replaced.
- Products that have not been issued a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Products older then 30 days from purchase date.

- Products Purchased as Christmas Gifts between November 1st and December 31st can be requested to be returned by January 31st if the are new and unused.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Orders ship the same day or with in 36 hours excluding weekends, holidays and out of stock items.
Shipping methods used are UPS Ground, FedEx Ground and United States Parcel Service Priority Mail shipping to the lower 48 US States.
We do not ship to US territories or other countries.
We reserve the right to change shipping methods if necessary.
Shipping charges are based on a Live Shipping Calculator according to the shipping method used and are determined by the package weight and distance traveled from the warehouse. A handling fee may be included in the shipping charge.
Large dollar amount orders
Large dollar amount orders may be shipped to the billing address that matches your credit card account or PayPal account at our discretion. We reserve the right to decline shipping to an alternative address on any order.
Shipped from various warehouses
packages are shipped from various warehouses with in the United States. Your order may be shipped in more than one box if more than one items is ordered and may arrive on different days.
Allow 2 to 10 business days to receive your items (not including weekends and holidays). Exceptions to receiving your shipment within in 2 to 10 business days are if we are out of stock and in the case of extreme weather conditions. We do not ship on major holidays and weekends.

The minimum shipping and handling charge
Our minimum shipping and handling charge is $8.45. Shipping is determined by package weight, size and distance traveled.Some products have free shipping or 1 cent shipping. Coffee has a flat $9.95 shipping rate no matter how much you purchase. Books have a minimum shipping rate of $4.95 shipping rate, but each additional book added to your order will by increased less than $4.95. Rates are subject to change at any time without notice as determined by the shipping carrier used. Insurance is required and included in the shipping fee on all shipments over $100 in value. We pay the shipping costs when an item states it has free shipping. If an item is returned that had "free shipping", the amount we paid to ship it to you will not be refunded.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS, SHORTED SHIPMENTS, REFUNDED SHIPMENTS AND LOST PACKAGES:
Any damaged or shorted shipments must be reported within 36 hours of you receiving them.
Damaged shipments must be reported with in 36 hours (excluding Saturday and Sunday), the original shipping box and packing materials MUST be held on to until UPS, FedEX, USPS or any other carrier we used deems them unnecessary for claim purposes. If not reported within 36 hours, we are unable to initiate a claim with the shipping carrier and the package is deemed as received in acceptable condition.
When 2 or more items have been ordered, the products may be shipped in more than one package, shipped on different days and arrive on different days. If you have not received 2 or more shipment tracking numbers and you did not receive all of the products you ordered contact us at 866-469-7417 or 619-730-2413 to report any missing product(s) from your shipment.
For all shipments refused by the recipient, all shipping charges, both to you as well as the return shipping cost and processing and restocking fees will be paid by you. The sale of products that were free shipping at the time of the sale will still be subject to shipping charges, both to you as well as the return shipping cost and processing and restocking fees. The refund will be the amount of the sale less the total of all shipping, processing and restocking fees. Refunds will not be issued until the credit card or PayPal transaction has completed the credit card clearing process and the package was received by VeggieSensations.com.
Contact us at 866-469-7417 or 619-730-2413 if your tracking number shows the package was delivered and you have not received it. We will have the shipping carrier place a trace on the package. A trace may take up to 10 business days. We reserve the right to give the carrier your name and phone number for them to contact you if necessary. The product will not be replaced until the carrier has completed their trace for the package. If the carrier comes to the conclusion the package is not recoverable, we will send you a new product. The processing and delivery of the new product may take between 3-10 business days for you to receive it. We will email you a tracking number once the replacement product has been shipped.

If you can not find an item you are looking for, please use the search box. Start by entering one word to search for the product you are looking for. Multiple words may result in not finding what you are looking for.
We will automatically sent you an order verification notice by e-mailed once you have completed the order process.
If you do not receive an order verification by e-mail, please check your junk mail before contacting us with an inquiry. Also verify if your credit card or PayPal account has been charged for your purchase.
If you did not receive an order verification from VeggieSensations.com and your credit card has not been charged then the order was not completed and you need to place the order again.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
To modify or cancel an order you must contacted us before the product(s) have shipped and we will do our best to accommodate any changes you wish.

All in stock items will be shipped within 36 hours of order receipt excluding weekends and holidays.
If an item is listed as out of stock you will either be unable to order it at that time or you will be given the option to order it with the understanding it will be shipped as soon as it becomes in stock.
If an item is out of stock, but was not listed as out of stock on the website, we will automatically place it on back order and we will notify you by e-mail of the back order. You will have the option of canceling the order or wait for the product to back in stock. Once the product is available, we will ship it to you.

We can not cancel an item after the order has been filled and shipped.
Occasionally items will show as available on the website and become out of stock after you have ordered them. This may be because the item has just become out of stock.
Any defective merchandise is subject to the terms and conditions as set forth by each manufacturer and their respective limited warranty.
The manufacturers warranty is in full effect once the product leaves the warehouse.

California residences will be charged sales tax at the current sales tax rate on all taxable items. No sales tax is collected from other states.
Some manufacturers regulate the lowest price we can advertise a product for. They can also set rules for when we offer free shipping and free gifts.

We offer 1 cent shipping on some products because we are not allowed to offer free shipping for that product unless we offer free shipping on all products in our store.

PRICE MATCH POLICY
Price matching policies and product exclusions:
If you find a website with a price lower than the same product at VeggieSensations including shipping, we will sell that product to you for less if the following criteria is met:
- The product being compared is the exact same product on both websites.
- The product price is including shipping and can be verified through the competitor’s product URL.
- Verbal and emailed prices from competitors are not included in price matching.
- The competitor’s product must be new and in stock. No refurbished items will be compared.
- We will not consider any closeout products being sold below cost and Auction prices (e.g. eBay) for price matching.
- After your order has been placed, we can not change your order total to match a price after a sale.
