This produces a dense cherry and the bean is packed full of a rich flavor. Costa Rica has many micro mills with farmers who are devoted farmers with pride in their plantations. They produce only high quality gourmet beans. The Costa Rica Reserve is among the finest gourmet coffees exported from Costa Rica.
